The Bronx, New York’s drill provocateur Ice Spice, born Isis Naija Gasto, has released her debut Drill & Jersey album. Titled “Y2K!”, which refers to the breakthrough rapper’s birth year, features guest verses by Travis Scott, Gunna and British drill MVP Central Cee.
Executive-produced by Spice’s frequent collaborator and record producer RIOTUSA, Spice’s debut LP traverses 10 tracks including previously released singles “Think U The Shit (Fart)”, “Gimme A Light”, “Phatt Butt” and “Did It First” with Cench.
The LP features La Flame on “Oh Shh…” and Wunna on “Bitch I’m Packin'”.

Across the album, Spice flexes her flagrant N.Y. rap life and drops an alleged diss against another N.Y. rap royalty Cardi B. On “BB Belt”, the “Princess Diana” rapper seemingly refers to Cardi and accuses her of “taking her place” in rap music.

Her man callin’, but I be like, “Who this?” (Who this?),” Spice raps on the incendiary RIOTUSA-produced record.
While Spice is yet to confirm the alleged diss, Cardi was swift to respond and spazzed on Twitter.
“These b—– can’t see me in numbers or status, y’all had WAY too much time to catch up. Can’t see me in money, can’t see me in real estate, fashion, and CAN’T SEE ME IN PERSON either… I’m not in a rat race with none of you b—-!! And ima show yall,” Bardi wrote via X, formerly Twitter.

Earlier this year, tensions rose between Ice Spice and Latto too after the “Put It On The Floor” rapper threw shade at Spice on her flagrant single “Sunday Service”.
