Punjabi Hip-Hop’s leading emcee, lyricist and record producer Wazir Patar performed in Delhi last night for a hard-hitting live set. The young ‘Keep It Gangsta’ rapper performed a slew of his biggest hits including ‘Pind Da Riwaaz’, ‘Notorious’, ‘Street Lori’, ‘Chup Chup’ and more.
The powerful live set by Wazir Patar didn’t end without paying a heartfelt tribute to his late mentor and frequent collaborator Sidhu Moosewala. The rapper did so by doing a live rendition of Moosewala’s ‘The Last Ride’. Released on May 15th 2022 just ahead of Moosewala’s influential LP ‘Moosetape’, Patar led the production on the record.
Wazir Patar isn’t new to performing in front of big crowds either. Last month, Patar joined hands with Divine for a massive live set during the Gully Gang bossman’s album launch concert in Mumbai. His performance with Divine was then followed by a set at NH7 Weekender in Pune where he performed alongside Hip-Hop global superstar Offset, Divine, Raftaar, Kr$na and more.
