Legendary British Grime rapper Skepta, born Joseph Olaitan Adenuga Jr., has joined forces with underground Nigerian singer Portable and Ghanaian superproducer JAE5 for his latest single “Tony Montana”.

Notably, the flagrant rap single arrives within days after Skepta premiered his directorial debut “Tribal Mark” & its star-studded track “Jangrova”, and will feature on Skepta’s forthcoming album “Knife & Fork”.

Earlier this week, Skepta announced the sophomore single from his highly anticipated album and shared its exclusive artwork.

The Mercury Prize winner has further confirmed a visual cut set to release later tonight. Reportedly, the “Tony Montana” cut is directed by Capone.

Check out a brief trailer of the forthcoming visual cut and “Tony Montana” artwork below.

For Skepta, “Tony Montana” serves as the second lead single from “Knife & Fork”.

Earlier this year, the legendary emcee released its lead single “Gas Me Up (Diligent)”. Ahead of its release, the “Shutdown” rapper expressed concerns over the vehement policing of his art and threatened to quit music after he received scathing criticism for the “Gas Me Up (Diligent)” artwork.

“I can honestly see how my single artwork without context can be deemed offensive, especially in a time like this but again that was not my intention,” Skepta wrote at the time.

Besides releasing back-to-back records, Skepta is further gearing up for two top-tier festivals – “Big Smoke Festival” alongside numerous grime pioneers including JME & K-Trap and Coachella Festival this summer.
