Breakthrough British emcee and songwriter Sliime has finally released his debut single with Def Jam Recordings India. Titled “Welcome To The Party”, the single is produced by Farooq Got Audio and samples Indian cinema’s iconic composition “Dola Re Dola” featuring pop singer Shrey Goshal and Kavita Krishnamurthy.
The flagrant single arrives after it was first announced by Sliime in February this year. At the time, the notorious “Lehenga” rapper, who has received co-signs from various British rap pioneers including Stormzy and Headie One, dropped an exclusive preview for his ardent fans on Instagram.

Notably, Sliime is one of the many South Asian rappers on the rise in Britain.
Earlier this year, British Punjabi emcee Raf-Saperra joined forces with Nas’ marquee record label Mass Appeal for his debut EP “5 Deadly Venomz”.
The flagrant East Coast rap record features guest verses by BET “Lyricist of The Year” nominee and legendary N.Y. emcee Conway The Machine and Harlem’s Nas prodigy Dave East.
