Ahead of releasing his debut solo album, Jaskaran paid homage to legendary Punjabi singers Kuldip Manak and Jazzy B via an affecting Instagram post.

The rapper further revealed that the discography of these “two legendary personalities” inspired the making of his album like no other.

For the coveted Mumbai-based label, “Divine Violence” arrives amidst releasing a slew of top-tier Punjabi records.

Earlier this month, Punjabi emcee Talwiinder premiered his massive 13-track “Misfit” LP via Mass Appeal. The album featured guest verses by Lahore’s breakthrough R&B singer Hasan RaheemKidjaywest and Harnoor.

The project was preceded by Jass Manak‘s “Late Night Talks” EP and Sidhu Moose Wala‘s 8th posthumous verse on “Attach” single. The track featured British record producer Steel Banglez and infamous West London rapper Fredo.

Jassa is yet to release an exclusive visual cut from the project.
