After DJ Snake, Drake Is Reportedly Remixing ‘Pataka Guddi’ With Nooran Sisters

Last year, the world’s leading trap and bass-pioneer DJ Snake previewed a hard-hitting rendition of ‘Pataka Guddi’. The iconic Bollywood song, which featured in Alia Bhatt starrer Highway motion picture, was previewed as part of the legendary French DJ’s massive India tour which traversed Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad at the time.

Now, the global Hip-Hop superstar Drake is reportedly working on Pataka Guddi’s “second version” or a ‘remix’. Recently, the Nooran Sister’s Sultana Nooran spoke about Drizzy’s ‘Pataka Guddi’ remix during a sit-down with BBC Asian Network.

“Drake bought the song so let’s see what he does with it… He’s made a second dub out of it. We’re doing the mixing. It should be out soon,” Sultana said during the conversation.

This isn’t the first time that the “Her Loss” emcee has expressed his willingness to work with Indian artists. Reportedly, Sidhu Moose Wala is slated to release his highly anticipated posthumous record with Drake this year.

Even at the time of the Moosa’s controversial murder, Drake paid his tributes to the Punjabi Hip-Hop pioneer and remembered him during the OVO concert in Toronto last year. Currently, Drake is gearing up for a massive ‘It’s All A Blur’ tour with 21 Savage.

Look out for Drake’s ‘Patakha Guddi’ remix with the Nooran Sisters.
