Indian Hip-Hop’s ferocious emcee Raga is gearing up for new music with DG Immortals. The ‘GTA NCR’ rapper, who is slated to drop his debut EP, has confirmed that a collaborative effort with his ‘Kaleshi Chori’ affiliate is in the works and drops soon.
Raga even went on to preview the bass-heavy single on IG. The young emcee recently linked up with DG Immortals during their hard-hitting live set at Elite Pro Basketball Pre-Season. Check it out here.
Raga’s upcoming effort with DG Immortals serves as the follow-up to ‘Kaleshi Chori’. The passive-aggressive single features the underground emcee from the North Virtual AF as too. Soon after the record’s release, ‘Kaleshi Chori’ went on to dominate the Billboard India chart and served as Raga and DG Immortals’s debut entry into Billboard.
Haryana-bred Hip-Hop act DG Immortals is recognised across Indian rap for their notorious rhyme schemes and passive-aggressive gangsta raps. While ‘Kaleshi Chori’ is their biggest record yet, the crew is behind some of the leading tracks in rap including ‘Bad Guy’, ‘NCR Ke’ and ’50 Tola’.
As for Raga, the single arrives amidst high anticipation for his debut EP. Last year, the ‘Ride Slow’ emcee confirmed “several tracks” in the works. Further, Raga revealed that he is slated to drop guest verses on at least 14 tracks.
Look out for Raga’s upcoming collaborative effort with DG Immortals.
