When Delhi’s ferocious emcee and songwriter Raga announced his debut collaborative effort with Belgian-born Rap and Dubstep producer and DJ Apashe, born John De Buck, Hip-Hop listeners across India anticipated a hard-hitting rap record in the works. The two artists have finally released the long-awaited single alongside an epic visual treatment.
Directed by Adrian Villagomez and Apashe himself, the visuals are an extension of the Brussels-bred DJ’s provocative visual discography which includes numerous far-reaching visual treatments including “RIP” with Vladimir Cauchemar, “Witch” feat. Alina Pash, “Lord & Master” and more.
Notably, Raga performed the highly anticipated single at Lollapalooza Mumbai earlier this year. For the young emcee, ‘Gasoline’ serves as the follow-up to his drill-heavy rap record “GTA NCR”.
