Amidst the scathing beef between Seedhe Maut & Kashmir’s Straight Outta Srinagar, the Delhi-bred group’s Calm and Frappe Ash have joined forces in an evocative visual cut “Raita” from the latter’s “Junkie” LP.
The hard-hitting visuals, directed by Manil Kandwal, capture Calm & Ash in Himalayan meadows and arrive via coveted record label Mass Appeal India.
Produced by Indian superproducer Sez On The Beat, “Raita” is the 11th track on Ash’s debut album. Besides Calm, the LP features massive guest verses by a slew of underground Indian rappers including Encore ABJ, Dhanji, Nanku, ReVo Lekhak, OG Lucifer, Faizan and Ash’s Full Power affiliate yungsta.

Calm’s appearance in “Raita” arrives amidst Straight Outta Srinagar releasing their 3rd diss track against Seedhe Maut. Notoriously titled “Kavi Kehna Chahte Hai”, the single is produced by 30Key! and delves deep into SOS & Seedhe Maut’s ties with Azadi Records.

Titled “For The Day One$”, the project is produced by a slew of notable record producers including Bharg and Subspace and features guest verses by former Kalamkaar labelmate Karma, Pakistani rapper Faris Shafi and Lisa Mishra.
