Nas‘ coveted record label Mass Appeal India continues to expand its influence in the burgeoning southern scene.
The Mumbai-bred record label, which recently signed a slew of Malayali rap heavy hitters Dabzee, Vedan, Baby Jean & Thirumali has now entered exclusive partnerships with Kochi’s trailblazer MC Couper and record producer Hrishi.
While Mass Appeal is yet to reveal any further details about the forthcoming music with Couper & Hrishi, the label has hinted at an imminent release of September 12th, 2024.

Last year, Couper joined forces with breakout Bengaluru emcee Hanumankind, ThirumaLi and Parimal Shais on “Ayyayyo”.
The unprecedented linkup arrives within just a day after Mass Appeal announced its top-tier single “Attach” by British record producer Steel Banglez, slain Punjabi emcee Sidhu Moose Wala and infamous drill rapper Fredo.
Further, the label is rumoured to release records with Karachi rap royalties & “For Tha Dogs” rapper-producer duo Talha Anjum and Umair. The artists recently linked up with Nas via FaceTime and teased a forthcoming project.
