Punjab’s rising underground emcee and songwriter Jaskaran has entered into an exclusive partnership with the coveted rap record label Mass Appeal India. The prolific rapper, who is recognised for his flagrant rap record “Sanju & Sallu” with Chandigarh-bred Punjabi emcee Bagi Munda, has further announced his debut major label single “Brand Deals”.
Releasing exclusively through Nas‘ label on February 23rd, the single serves as the follow-up to Jaskaran’s fiery rap record “Dukh Tere”.
Notably, the sprawling announcement arrives amidst another coveted record label Def Jam Recordings India joining forces with Britain’s rising emcee Sliime in the past few hours.
Jaskaran signing arrives amidst high anticipation for various rap records by Mass Appeal India affiliates this year.
Besides the “Half Blessed Half Cursed” rapper, Malyali rappers Baby Jean, Dabzee and Vedan announced their exclusive partnership with Mass Appeal in August 2023. The lethal rappers are yet to release their major label debuts.
Further, marquee British rapper, record producer and songwriter Raf Saperra is gearing up for his forthcoming EP “Five Deadly Venomz” with Nas’ label too.
The “Ruff Around The Edges” rapper has released the long-awaited lead single “Ranjha” from the 5-track project which is set to feature a guest verse by East Coast Hip-Hop‘s top-tier rapper Dave East.
