Indian rap superstars Karan Aujla and Divine have finally released their debut collaborative effort. Titled “100 Million”, the single arrives amidst unprecedented anticipation for full-length studio albums by Geetan Di Machine and the Indian Hip-Hop mogul this year.
Notably, the historic rap record is produced by Portland’s Hip-Hop superproducer Trox and Samarei.
For many, Trox is instrumental in pushing not just Portland Hip-Hop but also producing for some of the finest acts in American rap music including Compton‘s legendary emcee Snoop Dogg, “The Definition of Success” rapper and the late Nipsey Hussle‘s “All Money in, No Money Out” labelmate J. Stone and rap mogul 50 Cent.
First confirmed by Aujla & Divine in November last year, the announcement stirred far-reaching conversations about their debut single and “more than six” collaborations slated to drop later this year.
Ahead of the single, Divine and Karan Aujla shared the exclusive “100 Million” artwork with their fans via Meta.
“100 Million” arrives alongside a massive visual treatment shot in the UAE. Directed by influential Punjabi Hip-Hop filmmakers Rupan Bal, Dilpreet VFX and Anmol Raina, the flagrant visual treatment captures Aujla & Divine’s top-tier rap life.
