Breakthrough Punjabi emcee Talwiinder is set to release his forthcoming debut album with Nas‘ coveted record label Mass Appeal.
Titled “Misfit”, the LP arrives on October 4th this year and will feature guest verses by various singers & rappers including Pakistan’s R&B singer Hasan Raheem, Kidjaywest, Harnoor and Supreme Sidhu.
“Misfit” was first announced by the “Agg Banke” singer in April this year.
At the time, Talwiinder released the forthcoming album’s lead single “Aja”. The flagrant single stands scrapped from “Misfits” and the LP will now feature 13 new Punjabi records with the Mumbai-based label.
The entire album is produced by Talwiinder’s frequent collaborator and record producer NDS.

Besides “Misfits”, Mass Appeal India is gearing up for Jass Manak‘s forthcoming EP “Late Night Talks”. the project will traverse 4 tracks – “Ruby”, “Tera Ki Jaana”, “Adtaan” and “Guarantee” – and will arrive this Friday.
In other news, legendary Indian emcee Sidhu Moose Wala has moved up a spot on Spotify’s “Top 10 Most Followed Hip-Hop Artists” list. The slain Punjabi rapper and singer, killed by infamous gangsters in Mansa over two years ago, has now become the 4th most followed rapper in the world on Spotify.
