Punjabi Hip-Hop pioneer Sikander Kahlon has premiered a massive visual cut for his latest single “500 Grams”. The visuals, which arrive in support of Kahlon’s flagrant rap single, capture the “Rack & Rounds” rapper’s top-tier rap life in Punjab.

Through the flagrant single, which is slated to feature on his forthcoming album “Barzakh”, Kahlon further remembers legendary slain emcee Sidhu Moose Wala. This marks the second such instance where Kahlon has paid homage to “his brother” Moosa through music.

While in January, Kahlon remembered Moose on his hard-hitting single “2024 Flow” from his annual ‘The Flow’ series, the rapper sports a “RIP Moosa” t-shirt on “500 Grams” visual cut. The music video features cameos by his rap group “Kala Kurta Gang”, or KKG, affiliates Rob C & Sady Kaka and Punjabi superproducer The Kidd as well.

Kahlon’s tribute to Moose arrives amidst a slew of artists remembering the Mansa-born rapper since his infamous murder in Punjab.

Most recently, the “Problems Over Peace” rapper AP Dhillon remembered Moose Wala during his historic performance at Coachella Festival.

Dhillon’s tribute was preceded by Burna Boy paying homage to Moosa during his massive concert in Toronto. The “Big 7” rapper, who remembered “his brother” during his historic concert at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London last year too, further rapped Moosa’s Punjabi rap classic “East Side Flow” at the time.

Besides “500 Grams”, Kahlon has further premiered the “TWSS” music video with Sky 88. Watch it below.
