Goldy Brar, the prime accused in the lethal killing of legendary Punjabi rapper and singer Sidhu Moose Wala, now stands wanted for “terrorism” by the Indian government.

Reportedly, Brar, who is one of the prime accused in Moosa’s murder alongside notorious Punjabi gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Kala Jathedi, has been declared a “terrorist” by the Indian state under the stringent UAPA, or the Unlawful Activities (and Prevention) Act of 1974.

Besides allegedly killing Moosa in Punjab in May 2021, Brar is further accused of numerous major crimes including “extortion and targeted killings in Punjab and smuggling of high-grade arms, ammunition and explosive materials via drones from across India’s western borders for such killings”.

The breakthrough arrives within weeks after Bishnoi fired gunshots at Gippy Grewal’s Vancouver residence for “mourning the death of Moose Wala”.

At the time, Bishnoi even sent out a controversial message to the singer via Facebook.

“..We all know the kind of person he was and the criminal associations he had. You hovered around Vicky when he was in Middukheda, and later, you mourned even more for Sidhu. You’ve now landed on our radar. Consider this a trailer; the full film will be released soon,” the notorious gangster wrote.

In February last year, at least two gangsters, accused in Moosa’s murder, Mandeep Singh alias Toofan of Batala and Manmohan Singh alias Mohna were killed in Goindwal Sahib Central Jail in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district.

Reportedly, the gangsters died after a clash ensued between the prison inmates over “some matter” which later resulted in a full-blown brawl.

Sidhu Moose Wala and his family are yet to receive justice.

Ever since his controversial killing, Moose Wala continues to be remembered by musicians across the globe.

In November, Melbourne-bred Punjabi singer and rapper Khush Romana remembered Moose on another evocative drill single “Schema”

It was preceded by Badshah paying his historic tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala amidst his massive performance at Wembley Arena, in London. Punjabi rap superstar Karan Aujla remembered Moosa at The Kris Fade Show at the time.

As reported earlier, pop superstar and another legendary emcee Post Malone“For All The Dogs” rapper Drake, U.K.’s iconic R&B singer and emcee Stefflon Don, Grammy-nominated rapper Raja KumariBurna BoyTion WayneMISTRaftaar and Mumbai’s legendary “Chorni” emcee Divine have remembered Moosa in the past too.

Rest in Peace, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu.
