‘Rockstar’ by Post Malone & 21 Savage: The Most Streamed Rap Song on Spotify With 2.7 Billion Streams

Post Malone & 21 Savage’s debut collaborative effort, which served as the lead single to Malone’s sophomore rap album “Beerbongs & Bentleys”, is “the most streamed rap song” on Spotify, Rap Caviar has revealed.

The hard-hitting single, which reached the top spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 becoming Malone & Savage’s first rap record to do so, was first released on September 15th, 2017.

Spotify teamed up with perhaps the most influential rap playlist on the platform Rap Caviar to reveal the 50 most streamed rap songs yet. “Rockstar” is followed by “Lucid Dream” by Juice WRLD, Drake‘s “God’s Plan”, “SAD!” by XXXTENTACION, “Goosebumps” by Travis Scott featuring Kendrick Lamar and more.

Besides these incendiary rap records, Lil Uzi Vert‘s “XO Tour Lif3”, “Lose Yourself”, “The Real Slim Shady” and “Without Me” by Eminem, Offset & Metro Boomin‘s “Ric Flair Drip”, “Drip Too Hard” by Gunna & Lil Baby, “Ni–as in Paris” by Jay-Z & Kanye West and “Still Dre” by Dr Dre featuring Snoop Dogg find a spot too.

With 489 million listeners across the globe, Spotify’s artist profile data reveals that more than one-fifth of people on the platform listen to The Weeknd’s music every single month.
