Seedhe Maut Teases A Verse by Kr$na on ‘Lunch Break’, Reveals Partial Tracklist F/ Qaab, Rawal, Faris Shafi, Rebel 7 & More

Amidst soaring anticipation for new music, Delhi’s hard-hitting emcees Calm and Encore ABJ, who together helm the rap capital via the flagrant Hip-Hop act Seedhe Maut, have revealed the partial tracklist of their highly anticipated mixtape “Lunch Break”.

As Seedhe Maut inches closer to releasing the long-awaited 30-track project, the “Joint in the Booth” rappers have revealed the titles of at least 15 rap records and a slew of guest verses.

Reportedly, the “Lunch Break” mixtape is slated to feature “Kya Challa”, “Sick & Proper”, “Peace of Mind”, “Champion”, featuring Rawal, “Siren”, “First Place”, “NKS” featuring the “Baggage Claim” emcee Qaab and Rebel 7, “Asal G” featuring Talal Qureshi and Faris Shafi, “Khatta Flow”, “Focus Sedated”, “Pain”, “Brand New”, “Joint in the Booth” and “Kehna Chahte Hai”.

Whether “W” will now feature on the star-studded rap record remains to be seen. Seedhe Maut is yet to reveal the titles of other tracks on the LP.

While the “Bhussi” rappers have revealed affecting titles of various rap records on the LP, Calm & Encore have hinted at Kr$na’s involvement in “Lunch Break” too. The brief “tracklist” trailer features a phone call which reads “$” or Kr$na’s moniker in Indian rap music. Encore further asserted it through a tweet.

It has led to widespread speculation about Kr$na’s potential guest verse on the LP too.

As reported earlier, Seedhe Maut was initially slated to release the massive 30-track project on Encore ABJ’s birthday. However, the hard-hitting emcees revealed that they “don’t want to compromise on” how the project sounds and decided to drop the incendiary sophomore single “Joint in the Booth” instead.

Last week, Seedhe Maut surprise dropped “Tofa”. The single will not appear on the album.

As for Kr$na, this will be his sixth rap record this year. While the veteran rapper, often recognised for flagrant rap records and unapologetic rap rivalries, released the “Time Will Tell” EP in January, Kr$na dropped a guest verse on Talha Anjum’s debut album “Open Letter”.

Most recently, Kr$na’s unreleased guest verse on Tegi Pannu’s rap record surfaced online. The controversial leak dented an extraordinary rollout of a record featuring India’s Hip-Hop tall figure.
