Atlanta’s legendary incarcerated emcee, songwriter and business mogul Young Thug, born Jeffrey Lamar Williams, has premiered the first music video from the third rap album “Business is Business”.
Earlier today, Thugger released the “Oh U Went music video. Directed by Nick Manterola & Garfield Larmond, the visual treatment doesn’t feature an appearance by the Young Stoners Life, or YSL’s cult emcee and business mogul.
While a music video from the “Business is Business” LP seemed far-fetched initially, owing to Thug’s RICO incarceration which has extended to well over a year, the legendary ATL rapper continues to pull strings from prison.
The LP’s extraordinary rollout and a hard-hitting visual treatment, featuring one of the finest rap stars on the planet, portrays Thugger’s massive influence over rap music… even when he’s imprisoned.

Thug premiered the “Business Is Business” LP on June 23, 2023.
Executive produced by Metro Boomin, who reportedly took just two weeks to finish the LP, Thugger’s album arrived an exact week after Gunna released his 4th studio album “A Gift & A Curse”.
For his long-awaited rap record, Thugger recruited some of Hip-Hop’s most influential emcees and teamed up with marquee record producers David & Eli, Wheezy, Aviator Keyyz, Kid Masterpiece, D Rich, Dr Luke, FNZ, F1lthy, Allen Ritter, Dre Moon, Southside and more.
Further, the 15-track studio album features guest verses by OVO’s Drake, Atlanta’s rap pioneer Future, 21 Savage, Houston’s Travis Scott, Philadelphia’s Lil Uzi Vert and Young Stoner Life affiliates BSlime & Lil Gotit and Nate Ruess.
