Ahead of his shocking retirement and Mass Appeal debut, Karachi’s rap pioneer Talha Anjum has joined forces with JJ47 and record producer Jokhay for his third EP in the past two months.

The revered Urdu emcee, who linked up with the breakout “Rockstar Without A Guitar” producer Umair on two top-tier projects “For Tha Dogs” and “Ghosts & Goodbyes”, has now laid flagrant verses on the “Big Dawg Thing” rapper’s “10 Minute Drill” EP.

The brief project traverses 3 massive tracks – “Rainy Nights”, “Moonlight” and “Runnin'”. The EP arrived days after Anjum, JJ47 and Jokhay linked up on the “Citylights” single.

With the release of the “10 Minute Drill” EP, Anjum gears up for his forthcoming debut with Mass Appeal. The much-awaited tracks will further pave the way for the fierce rapper’s retirement.

Last month, Anjum revealed that he is set to retire after “releasing a few more songs”.

In other news, Punjabi emcee Yo Yo Honey Singh linked up with “God Damn” singer Karan Aujla in Abu Dhabi last week.

The Indian rap heavyweights, who released their top-tier projects “Glory” and “Four Me” earlier this year, joined forces at the International Indian Academy Awards amidst Singh’s scathing beef with Badshah.
