Griselda’s marquee emcee and songwriter Benny The Butcher, born Jeremie Damon Pennick, has announced his third project this year.
Titled “Stabbed & Shot II”, the forthcoming project serves as the sequel to his 2018 record with 38 Spesh and will feature guest verses by Harlem’s Dave East, Klass Murda, O.T. The Real, Ransom & Busta Rhymes.
Set to release on 18th October, “Stabbed & Shot II” arrives within just over two months after the “Black Soprano Family” affiliate enlisted the revered rap group on “Summertime Butch” LP.
At the time of announcing the zany BSF project, Butcher assured his fans that another project is in the works for later this year.
“I told yall im droppin 3 times this year…Streets need something !!! Jus cuz I love yall and the summer not over yet,” the Butcher said at the time.
Besides announcing his sophomore project with 38 Spesh, the “Oprah & Gayle” emcee has shared two flagrant singles titled “Brick Specials” and “Jesus Arms” featuring Busta.

Butcher’s “Summertime Butch” LP was preceded by Butcher’s major label debut “Everybody Can’t Go” with Def Jam Recordings.
Released in January, the LP featured guest verses by West Coast pioneer Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Griselda affiliates Westside Gunn & BET “Lyricist of The Year” Nominee Conway The Machine, Armani Caesar, Kyle Banks, Steve God Cooks, Jadakiss, Babyface Ray and more.
In other news, Butcher’s Griselda labelmate Gunn is gearing up for his sixth studio album and a mixtape too. Titled “Still Praying” and “Flygod Is An Awesome God III” respectively, the massive albums drop later this year through the coveted label.
