Jackboys affiliate and Cactus Jack’s rap royalty Don Toliver, born Caleb Zackery Toliver, has just released a new massive single. Titled “Bandit”, the single is produced by ReidMD and is set to feature on Toliver’s forthcoming rap album “Hardstone Psycho” later this year.
Notably, “Bandit” samples “One More Hour” – the last track on Tame Impala’s 4th studio album “The Slow Rush”.
“I do damage (Bust it) / You n—– can’t stand it (Bust it) / Psycho bandit (Bust it) / Like it’s Marilyn Manson (Bust it) / Got the cash, advance it (Bust it) / Get the Sprite and enhance it (Bust it) / Pull the Wock’ out the pantry (Bust it),” Impala & Toliver deliver on the fierce cinematic medley.
Notably, “Bandit” is Toliver’s first rap single since releasing his evocative LP “Love Sick”.
Released in February last year, the 20-track featured guest verses by various Hip-Hop and Latin pop royalties including Travis Scott, Lil Durk, Future, Wizkid, Brent Faiyaz and more upon its release.
Just ahead of releasing the fiery single, Toliver shared the exclusive “Bandit” artwork with his fans via Instagram.
The single arrives alongside a massive visual cut. Across the hard-hitting visuals, Toliver can be seen swerving across a desert with his Bandit biker gang as he flexes his signature Jackboys rap life. Kali Uchis makes a cameo in the visual treatment too.
