London’s legendary superproducer Steel Banglez, born Pahuldip Singh Sandhu, has just confirmed a collaborative effort with Rap & Pop superstar AP Dhillon. During a recent sit-down with Rolling Stone India magazine, the hard-hitting record producer revealed that he is gearing up for his debut collaborative effort with Dhillon this year.
“I have a record with AP Dhillon. That’s coming soon,” Banglez said during his Rolling Stone interview. Apart from confirming a new single with AP Dhillon, the “Celebrity Killer” producer has further hinted at new music with Indian Hip-Hop royalty Divine and the legendary young emcee Shubh.
While Banglez fell short of exactly confirming his debut collaborative efforts with Divine and Shubh, the producer did confirm that he has been in talks with Divine and Shubh for the “last few months”.
“I’m speaking to Shubh for the last few months. I speak to DIVINE as well. They’re the kind of people I’ve been speaking to at the moment. But yeah, that’s just about it. I try not to do too much,” Banglez said.
Whether Banglez’s private conversations with Divine and Shubh lead to a rap record remains to be seen. However, given his sprawling influence over U.K. Drill and Indian rap music, the possibility of his hard-hitting collaboration can’t be ruled out.
During the sit-down, Banglez made another unprecedented announcement. Reportedly, Banglez is gearing up for his next rap record with the legendary Sidhu Moose Wala. Titled “Attached”, the single is slated to feature a guest verse by U.K. rap superstar Fredo.

With such massive announcements, Steel Banglez just might become one of the biggest record producers in global rap music. The “Mera Na” producer is fresh off his debut 27-track magnum opus “The Playlist”.
As reported earlier, Banglez’s debut LP is perhaps the biggest rap record from the British rap scene this year. With a runtime of over an hour and fifteen minutes, the album features hard-hitting guest verses by numerous British rap pioneers including Giggs, Tion Wayne, Burna Boy, Clean Bandit, Aitch, Asco, Blade, Mo Stack, Chip, King Promise and more.
Importantly, Banglez’s upcoming record with AP Dhillon and a probably collaborative effort with Divine and Shubh arrive amidst a turbulent rise in each artist’s career.
While AP Dhillon is fresh off his hard-hitting return to music with “True Stories” featuring Shinda Kahlon, Shubh released his debut album “Still Rollin” in May this year. In fact, Shubh and Steel Banglez dropped their debut LPs on the exact same day – May 19th, 2023.
Divine continues to raze through global rap with his third LP “Gunehgar”. The star-studded record, released in November last year through Mass Appeal, turned into one of the biggest Hip-Hop albums in Indian rap history and its impact can be felt even to this day.
Notably, Divine is gearing up for his debut international tour traversing Australia and New Zealand. The tour arrives within months after his massive debut at the Wireless Festival in Abu Dhabi alongside Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Stunners and King.
