Karachi Producer Umair & Infamous ‘Father of Urdu Rap’ Talha Anjum Link Up On ‘Day Dreamer’ Music Video From ‘Rockstar Without A Guitar’ LP

Karachi-bred record producer Umair has premiered the fourth visual cut from his massive studio album “ROCKSTAR WITHOUT A GUITAR”.

The iconic “Joota Japani” producer, who continues to raze through South Asian rap music with top-tier visual cuts from his debut LP, has now linked up with the infamous “Father of Urdu Rap” Talha Anjum in “Day Dreamer” music video.

Directed by Pakistani filmmaker Abdul Wali Baloch, who has further directed the massive “THANK GOD” featuring breakthrough Urdu emcee aleemrk and “Big Dawg Thing” cuts from Umair’s LP, the latest music video captures Anjum’s unruly bars aimed at the burgeoning Pakistani rap scene.

Besides “Day Dreamer”, “THANK GOD” & “Day Dreamer”, Umair has premiered the provocative “Obvious” music video from the album. Released earlier this month, the cut is directed by Naffay and Nabih Fatima.

As reported earlier, Umair’s ardent fans now push for “Refunds” music video from the project. The incendiary rap record, which sits at the 14th spot on the album, features flagrant guest verses by Kr$na and Rap Demon.

The fierce Indian rapper recently expressed concerns about “Punjabi rappers & singers” hiring “Mexican gangsters” in their music videos for fraudulent street cred. Kr$na further dissed Shubh and other “Punjabi rappers who indulge in such practices.
