Leading streaming platform Spotify has revealed its “2023 Wrapped” – the annual listing of artists and projects across categories including “Top 10 Albums Globally”, “Top 10 Artists Globally”, “Top Podcasts Globally” & more.
Besides revealing the global trends, Spotify further zeroes down on numerous countrywide lists too.

As per the streaming platform, pop singer Taylor Swift is the most streamed artist this year with over 26.1 billion global streams since January 1. The “Wildest Dreams” singer is further followed by Latin emcee Bad Bunny, R&B singer The Weeknd, rap mogul Drake and Mexican singer Peso Pluma.
With over 4.5 billion streams on the platform, the “Un Verano Sin Ti” LP by Bad Bunny became the most streamed album for two years in a row. Bunny’s massive album is followed by Taylor Swift’s album, Midnights.
Further, R&B singer SZA stays firm at the 3rd spot. The fourth and fifth spots are taken by The Weeknd’s 2016 album “Starboy” and “MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO” by KAROL G respectively.
In India, slain rapper Sidhu Moose Wala was the only emcee in the Top 10 list of most-streamed artists in India. Coming in at the 9th spot, the legendary rapper was preceded by numerous Indian pop singers & composers including A.R. Rahman, Anirudh Ravichander, Pritam & more.
