Pop and R&B superstar The Weeknd, born Abel Tesfaye, is gearing up for his new single with Atlanta’s Hip-Hop pioneer Future. Titled “Double Fantasy”, the single is produced by rap superproducers Metro Boomin and Mike Dean. Reportedly, the record serves as the lead single to ‘The Idol’ – an upcoming drama series created by Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, Reza Fahim, and Sam Levinson- original soundtrack.
The Weeknd has teased the record numerous times. Previously, the Toronto-born singer, who recently linked up with Metro Boomin, 21 Savage and Rap mogul ‘Puff Daddy’ or Diddy on Creepin’ Remix, previewed the record during an Instagram live.
