Toronto, Canada‘s breakthrough Punjabi emcee and songwriter Prabh Singh, Rooh Sandhu and record producer MXRCI have released a huge new single. Titled “Darji”, the single arrives amidst an unprecedented rise in Singh’s stature in Punjabi music after he released “9:45” featuring “Kaka” record producer Jay Trak last year.
Prabh Singh’s latest single arrives within days after the rising emcee performed in Delhi earlier this month. Besides “9:45” and “Darji”, Singh and Sandhu recently released two Punjabi rap records “Wants & Needs” and “Listen”.

Singh & Sandhu are yet to drop a visual cut for “Darzi”.
In other news, Punjabi and British rap producer Steel Banglez announced his sophomore album this week.
The LP is rumoured to feature Banglez’s forthcoming rap record “Attached” featuring slain Punjabi emcee Sidhu Moose Wala and London’s rap royalty Fredo and his debut collaborative effort with this year’s performer at Coachella Festival AP Dhillon.
In fact, numerous Punjabi heavy hitters continue to drop flagrant rap records and visual cuts this year.
Most recently, another breakthrough Toronto-bred Punjabi emcee Sukha premiered the massive “Armed” visual cut from his debut EP “Undisputed”.
Directed by Amrit Thind, the visual treatment was preceded by Shubh and Punjabi rap superstar Karan Aujla, who premiered “Safety off” and “100 Million” visual treatments respectively.
While Mohali’s rap trailblazer Sikander Kahlon premiered “2024 Flow” remembering Sidhu Moose Wala earlier this month, Wazir Patar has released two hard-hitting visuals – “See My Hype” and “Executioner”.
