Punjabi gangsta rap pioneer, record producer and songwriter Wazir Patar has released his second single this year. Titled “See My Hype”, the flagrant Punjabi rap record is produced by Patar and arrives within days after the “Malwa Block” producer premiered “Executioner”.
For Patar & Bhullar, the single arrives after the two marquee Punjabi artists linked up on numerous hard-hitting records including “Chup Chup”, “Pind Moorhdi”, “Dangerous” and more.
“See My Hype” is Patar’s second single since releasing his sprawling sophomore album “Street Knowledge”, another incendiary gangsta rap EP “Back To Skool” and a slew of collaborations including “Semi-Auto” with Punjabi pop superstar Jordan Sandhu.
Most recently, Patar linked up with Jassa Dhillon on his third Punjabi pop and rap LP “Bombaa”.
Just ahead of releasing the single, Patar & Bhullar shared the exclusive “See My Hype” artwork with their fans via Instagram.
For Patar, “See My Hype” arrives alongside a lethal visual cut.
Directed by Gurjant Panesar, the visuals capture “The Last Ride” producer and Bhullar flexing their unruly rap life on the streets of Majha, Punjab. Further, Patar can be seen remembering Compton‘s historic Hip-Hop group N.W.A. in the visual treatment.

“See My Hype” is the fourth massive Punjabi rap record this year. Earlier this month, Sikander Khalon premiered “2024 Flow”. The Mohali-based emcee released the 10th flow from his influential “The Flow” series and captures the “Racks & Rounds” rapper remembering “his brother” Sidhu Moose Wala.
Besides the two singles, Kahlon and another Punjabi gangsta rap superstar Shubh released “AMD” LP and “Leo” EP respectively in the past two weeks.
