Amidst the top-tier recognition of his latest EP “Leo”, Punjabi gangsta rap superstar Shubh, born Shubhneet Singh, has premiered the sophomore visual treatment “Hood Anthem” from the project.
Directed by frequent collaborator and influential Punjabi Hip-Hop filmmaker Rubbal GTR, Shhubh swerves through Los Angeles streets in vintage lowriders and BMX bikes reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto.
Notably, the “Hood Anthem” visual cut arrives within days after Shubh & GTR joined forces for another flagrant music video “Safety Off” from the 4-track project and marks the Punjabi artists’ 6th such collaboration.
Besides “Hood Anthem” and “Safety Off”, the artists have worked together on “Cheques”, “Dior”, “OG” and “Still Rollin“ from Shubh’s debut album.
