Earlier this month, Punjabi Hip-Hop/Rap & Pop superstar Karan Aujla confirmed his debut collaborative effort with Indian rap mogul Divine. While the sprawling announcement stirred unprecedented anticipation for their forthcoming collaboration, Divine has now confirmed that he has “more than six songs” with Karan Aujla in the works.

Earlier this morning, the legendary “Chorni” rapper announced that he is gearing up for new music. Within minutes, Divine further confirmed that he has “more than 6 songs with his brother” slated to arrive soon.

The announcement has broken the internet and rightly so.

On November 17th, Aujla even confirmed that Divine will release his 4th studio album and he is “featured on it”. At the time, the Punjabi emcee, who linked up with the legendary Kanye West, iconic R&B singer Ty Dolla $ign & Lil Durk in Abu Dhabi last week, seemingly confirmed various collaborations. However, the announcement remained ambiguous at the time.

However, the collaborations are now happening.

For Divine, the announcement arrives amidst a meteoric rise in Aujla’s stature across the globe.

While his most recent album “Making Memories” continues to leave a trailblazing impact on Billboard Charts, the rapper has further stirred collaboration rumours with Chicago’s hard-hitting emcee Lil Durk.

Last week, Aujla expressed his interest in working with rap mogul Drake at The Kris Fade Show in Dubai.

However, Divine isn’t far behind too.

Earlier this year, the Hip-Hop trailblazer linked up with Kendrick LamarMary J. BligeDiddyFat JoeSlick Rick, Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan, DJ Premier, Hit-Boy, Black Thoughts & more at Nas’ 50th birthday party in New York.

Days later, Nas premiered the epic “Fever” music video featuring the Indian rap royalty himself. Check it out below.

Look out for Divine & Karan Aujla’s debut collaborative efforts.
