As Hip-Hop across the globe continues to remember legendary Punjabi emcee Sidhu Moose Wala, pop superstar and rapper Post Malone has given Moosa his flowers.

In a recent video which has now surfaced online, allegedly from Post Malone’s Asia tour last month, the “Rockstar” emcee can be seen listening to Moose Wala’s iconic rap record “The Last Ride” and appreciating Moose’s verse on the Wazir Patar-produced single.

As per a Sidhu Moose Wala fanpage on Instagram, Malone was perhaps introduced to Moose Wala’s music through his manager Dre London. The shocking video arrives amidst numerous rap artists remembering the slain rapper since his controversial killing in Mansa, Punjab last year.

Malone’s flowers for Moose Wala arrive within weeks after “Her Loss” rapper Drake remembered “his brother” during the Canadian leg of his “It’s All A Blur” tour last month.

It was the 5th such instance when ‘The Boy’ expressed his admiration for Moose. In August, just three days before showing love to Moose Wala by playing “Levels” at his massive concert in Canada, Drizzy honoured the Punjabi rapper amidst his concert in Seattle.

“… you continue to listen. I see my boy got the T-shirt on. Rest in Peace, Sidhu Moose Wala one time,” Drake said at the time while standing against a tall Virgil Abloom statue at the Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle.

Besides Drake, Moose Wala continues to be remembered by South Asia, U.K. and Afro rap’s tall figures including Divine, Raja Kumari, Burna BoyTion Wayne and MIST and U.K. Hip-Hop superproducer Steel Banglez.

Earlier this year, Birmingham’s legendary woman emcee Stefflon Don visited Moose Wala’s home in Mansa, Punjab on his birthday. During her brief stay, Don paid her respects to the slain rapper’s father Balkaur Singh Sidhu and his mother Charan Kaur Singh.

Rest in Peace, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu.
