Brooklyn, New York’s legendary emcee and songwriter Nas, born Nasir Jones, has given Indian rap royalty Divine his flowers. The East Coast Hip-Hop mogul, who shares a close relationship with his protégé through Mass Appeal, has taken notice of Divine’s debut joint album with Karan Aujla “Street Dreams”.

“Global Appeal! My brother has done it again,” Nas wrote on Instagram recognizing one of the most remarkable Indian rap albums in recent times.

The veteran rapper, who turned 50 last year and released his 18th studio album “Magic 3” at the time, further urged his ardent fans to listen to the sprawling rap record and shared a brief cut of the project’s lead single “100 Million”.

Nas’ admiration for “Street Dreams” arrives within hours after Divine & Karan Aujla shared the project’s sophomore visual cut “Hisaab”.

Besides the flagrant rap record and “100 Million”, Divine & Aujla’s joint album is home to provocative titles including “Nothing Lasts”, “Top Class/Overseas”, “Straight Ballin”, “Yaad” featuring Jonita Gandhi and “Tareefan”.

For Aujla, the top-tier recognition arrives amidst the “Making Memories” rapper and singer gearing up for his third studio album. While the iconic Canadian Academy nominee is yet to reveal further details about the LP, the rap provocateur has confirmed at least 16 tracks and a speculated feature by “Vultures” rapper Lil Durk.

In other news, British emcee Raf Saperra has announced the release date of his forthcoming major label EP “5 Deadly Venomz”. The 5-track project is set to release on March 8th through Mass Appeal and will feature a guest verse by Nas’ prodigy Dave East.

Look out for “5 Deadly Venomz” by Raf Saperra and further visual cuts from “Street Dreams” album this year.
