As Rihanna reached a historic high for women in Hip-Hop and Pop music, global Hip-Hop superstar Nicki Minaj, born Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, has given the legendary singer her flowers.

As per Spotify, the Barbadian singer, business mogul and philanthropist has become the first female artist with 10 songs having over one billion streams on the platform. Minaj was the first one to express her admiration for “bad gal Billi”.

While RiRi received love from women across the globe, Minaj dropped some slick bars for the “Anti” singer.

“Not bad gal billi poppin shit like a wheelie. I mean Poppin like a pilly. Like really. Man down cuz she making a Killy!!! SILLY! Bout to be pushin out a new kid like Gillie. Caribbean girls run it & AWWLLL these btchs know da dilly,” Minaj rapped celebrating Rihanna’s historic accomplishment.

Notably, Rihanna is the only female artist to do so. In February this year, another Pop and R&B singer The Weeknd, born Abel Tesfaye, surpassed a hundred million monthly listeners on Spotify. In fact, over one-fifth of Spotify users listen to the “False Idols” singer alone.

Rihanna’s tracks, which have surpassed a billion streams on Spotify, are “Diamonds,” “We Found Love” (with Calvin Harris), “Love on the Brain,” “Stay” (with Mikky Ekko), “This Is What You Came For” (with Calvin Harris), “Needed Me,” “Four Five Seconds” (with Kanye West & Paul McCartney), “Work” (with Drake), “Umbrella” (with Jay-Z) and “Love the Way You Lie” (with Eminem).

RiRi’s historic achievement arrives amidst her sprawling Louis Vuitton debut for Pharrell Williams.

Earlier this month, the legendary pop singer, who is expecting her second child with Harlem’s ‘Lord Pretty Flacko’ A$ap Rocky, linked up with Williams’ for the first glimpse of his LV Menswear Collection during Paris Fashion Week.

Following her massive performance at the NFL Superbowl this year, Rihanna revealed her plans to drop a new album.

“I want it to be this year. Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos. And I need the right background music with the visuals. I can’t just go shoot a video to me talking,” RiRi said at the time.
