Amidst massive backlash in India, Punjabi Hip-Hop and R&B singer Shubh’s forthcoming London show is sold out ahead of his “Still Rollin World Tour” in the U.K.
The emcee, who was allegedly forced to cancel the almost 2-month long tour in India and accused of encouraging separatism in India last month, is yet to make his highly anticipated live debut.
Shubh’s debut world tour was originally slated to begin with huge performances across 10 major Indian cities. However, the iconic rapper will now head towards the U.K., United Arab Emirates or the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the U.S.
The sold out London show certainly captures Shubh’s tall stature in Punjabi rap music.
While Shubh expressed his own “dismay and sorrow” over the controversial cancellation of his India tour, rap music now has is eyes set on the “Baller” as he gears up for his concert in United Kingdom – a bastion for British Punjabi rap music.
Notably, Shubh has garnered unprecedented support from influential Punjabi artists Karan Aujla, AP Dhillon and Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents over the infamous cancellation of his tour in India.
At the time, Moosa’s parents, Dhillon & Aujla expressed concerns over “politically motivate hatred” against Shubh.
#SidhuMooseWala’s parents Balkaur Singh Sidhu & Charan Kaur expressed concerns over Shubh’s India Tour being cancelled.

Further, Shubh’s sprawling debut LP “Still Rollin” has now surpassed half a billion streams across digital platforms.
Released in May this year, “Still Rollin” traverses six flagrant gangsta rap records – “Still Rollin”, “OG”, “Cheques”, “Ruthless”, “Dior” and “The Flow (Outro)”.
While Shubh’s debut LP has now become one of the most influential rap records this year, Punjabi record producer thiarajxtt raised early eyebrows when he accused the rapper of releasing “Dior” – the sixth rap record on his debut album – without giving him due credit.
However, the accusation didn’t last long and the incendiary rap record was restored back on streaming platforms after a brief hiatus.
Currently, “Still Rollin” album stands at over 600 million streams on Spotify & YouTube alone. In June, the iconic album debuted at Billboard Canada Albums Chart replacing “Her Loss” by Drake & 21 Savage.
Notably, this isn’t the first time that Shubh has put major numbers on the board independently. Earlier this year, the ruthless rapper and singer surpassed a billion streams with just 6 songs.
