Earlier today, Houston’s legendary rapper, record producer and songwriter Travis Scott, born Jacques Bermon Webster II, finally premiered his historic fourth album “Utopia”. The concert, which was originally slated for a premiere at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, went down at “Circus Maximus” theatre park in Rome, Italy.

While Scott performed numerous flagrant rap records from “Utopia” LP including “Hyaena”, “Thank God”, “Modern Jam”, “Sirens”, “My Eyes”, “Delresto (Echoes)”, “Lost Forever”, “I Know ?”, “Meltdown” and more, the cult figure even performed some of his classics from “Astroworld” and “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight”.

Reportedly, Scott performed his massive rap records from the past too. Besides “Utopia”, Scott’s setlist was home to “Sicko Mode”, “Beibs in the Trap”, “Butterfly Effect”, “Highest in the Room”, “No Bystanders”, “Mafia” and his guest verse on Lil Uzi Vert‘s BNYX-produced “Aye”.

However, fans and Hip-Hop across the globe were left in shock when Scott’s mentor Kanye West, oftentimes referred to as Ye, joined Scott to perform two of his most influential rap records of all time.

During his rare performance, which arrived months after Ye was accused of anti-semitism and allegedly cancelled, the legendary artist performed “Praise Lord” featuring Travis Scott and “Can’t Tell Me Nothing”.

For many, Scott’s album draws heavy influences from Kanye West’s “Donda” LP and the latter’s unreleased rap project “Yandhi”.

As reported earlier, Scott released his first rap record in five years in July this year.

Titled “Utopia”, the 19-track LP clocks in at an hour and 14 minutes and features guest appearances from some of the finest artists of our times.

Beyoncé appears on “Delresto (Echoes)”, “FE!N” features Playboi Carti & Scott’s Cactus Jack affiliate Sheck Wes, “Meltdown” features Drake, “Lost Forever” features vocals flagrant by Westside Gunn & James Blake, Bon Iver‘s Justin Vernon and Sampha appear on “My Eyes” and “Looove” features Louis Vuitton’s rap royalties Pharrell Williams & Kid Cudi.

While Scott chose “Circus Maximus” as the venue for his “Utopia” premiere, he released the “Circus Maximus” film alongside the album.
