Punjabi emcee, producer and songwriter Tricksingh, born Tirath Sandhu, has premiered his 8th single with Def Jam Recordings India.
Titled “Nehr”, the flagrant jersey pop record features a guest verse by Lahore’s popstar Natasha Noorani and Salor. Produced by Khyber13, the single arrives within days after Singh released the “Stay With Me” single featuring another Pakistani singer Hasan Raheem.
For Singh, the single arrives ahead of his forthcoming tour with King. The genre-fluid artists are set to perform 3 concerts in Australia and New Zealand this October.

For the coveted record label, “Nehr” arrives amidst various top-tier releases this summer. Recently, the Mumbai-based label joined forces with Killa K and Singapore’s rap pioneer Yung Raja on the “Podu Mike” single. The single was preceded by the label’s trailblazing record “Big Dawgs”.
Performed by Hanumankind with production by Kalmi, the major label single broke into the Billboard Top 200 Global charts at the 9th spot and razed through the Billboard Hot 100 charts by moving up 26 places last month.
In other news, Karachi rap superstar Talha Anjum and Canadian record producer Rahul Sathu have joined forces on the “Channa Ve” single.
The single serves as the follow-up to two flagrant projects – “For Tha Dogs” and “Ghosts & Goodbyes” – with “Rockstar Without A Guitar” producer Umair and arrives ahead of their Mass Appeal debut.
Tricksingh is yet to premiere an exclusive visual cut of the single.
