Earlier this week, Hip-Hop superstar Drake confirmed his forthcoming studio album “For All The Dogs” arrives next Friday. At the time, ‘The Boy’ further announced that the lead single from the 8th full-length record drops this Friday leaving his fans ‘dialed in’ for new music.

Drake has now shared that his lead single will feature a guest appearance by towering R&B singer and his former girlfriend SZA. This would be Drizzy’s debut collaborative effort with SZA and arrives amidst her guest vocals on “Telekinesis” alongside Travis Scott and Atlanta’s rap pioneer Future.

Notably, SZA was honoured with the “Best R&B” award at the MTV Video Music Awards 2023, or the VMAs, yesterday. In fact, the Top Dawg Entertainment affiliate was nominated across six prestigious categories including “Video of The Year”, “Song of The Year”, “Album of The Year”, and “Best Art Direction” at this year’s VMAs.

Drake has further shared the evocative artwork of his forthcoming track with SZA. The notorious artwork features Halle Berry getting slimed at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and is quite distinct from the original “For All The Dogs” artwork drawn by Drake’s 5-year-old son Adonis. Further, Drake has previewed his forthcoming track with “Bigger Than Everything” rapper Yeat. Whether the previewed rap record will feature on Drake’s upcoming album hasn’t been confirmed by six God yet.

Earlier today, the “Meltdown” rapper used the track to close out the promo for the upcoming Nike NOCTA Glide sneaker. “This 1 for tha dawgz,” Yeat said about the hard-hitting preview on Instagram.

With the two announcements, Drake stands on at least four unreleased rap records. Besides the “Oh U Went” rapper’s upcoming singles with SZA and Yeat, at least two rap records from “For All The Dogs”  have leaked online already.

The tracks, titled “Tried Our Best” and “I’m the Problem”, surfaced online alongside a bunch of unreleased rap records by ‘The Boy’ including two “Lose You” demos, “416” featuring Big Sean, “Yves Slatt Laurent” and “Calling My Name (Original Version)”.

In July, Drake hinted at a probable release on 11 August 2023 or Hip-Hop’s 50th birthday. However, that didn’t come to fruition. Most recently, Drake linked up with Central Cee and Travis Scott on “On The Radar Freestyle”.

As reported earlier, Drake’s album arrives amidst the historic return of Travis Scott. The Houston rapper continues to raze through global rap music since the release of his 4th studio album “Utopia”.

In fact, Drake recently brought out Scott as a special guest at the Vancouver stop of the “It’s All A Blur” tour. During his appearance, Scott debuted “Meltdown” and “Sicko Mode” alongside the OVO frontman, “FE!N” featuring Playboi Carti & Sheck Wes and more.

Look out for Drake’s forthcoming single with SZA and his 8th studio album ‘For All The Dogs’.
