Indian Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B and Pop superstar Diljit Dosanjh has just confirmed his fifth major collaborative effort ahead of his 17th studio album “Ghost”.
Earlier today, Dosanjh was seen amidst a shocking studio session with Maryland’s iconic young emcee NLE Choppa and Hip-Hop superproducer Honorable C.N.O.T.E. Reportedly, the three artists are working on a track slated to appear on Dosanjh’s long-awaited “Ghost” LP later this year.
The unprecedented announcement, which marks Dosanjh’s fifth confirmed global appearance, arrives within days after Dosanjh confirmed another guest verse by legendary woman rapper Saweetie.
Besides Choppa and Saweetie, the 18-track LP will further feature guest appearances by Pop superstar Sia, Latin pop superstar Camilo Echeverry and The Bronx’s A Boogie With Da Hoodie and Hip-Hop superproducer London On Da Track.
As Dosanjh gears up for his 17th LP, which just might be a hard-hitting Punjabi rap record considering the slew of rap guest verses on the LP, NLE Choppa recently released his sophomore LP “Cottonwood 2” and its massive 31-track Deluxe.
The original LP features guest verses from Hip-Hop superstars Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Fivio Foreign, Polo G, Kevin Gates, Queen Naija and more and serves as the follow-up to Choppa’s debut LP “Top Shotta”.
In June, Choppa premiered the “Champions” music video featuring guest appearances by legendary athletes Floyd Mayweather, Lebron James, Mike Tyson, Angel Reese, Odell Bekcham Jr, Jewell Lloyd and Michael Andrew among others.

This is the second major record producer that Dosanjh has worked with ahead of “Ghost”. Besides confirming record production by London On Da Track, Dosanjh’s debut collaborative effort will be produced by Honorable C.N.O.T.E.
The legendary Atlanta-based record producer is recognised for numerous rap records with Hip-Hop superstars including Travis Scott, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, A$ap Rocky, Meek Mill and more.
While Dosanjh is yet to entirely confirm whether Choppa is slated to feature on “Ghost” LP, speculation that the “Do It Again” rapper will feature on his album doesn’t seem far-fetched. After announcing a slew of major collaborative efforts, Dosanjh looks set to release the biggest Punjabi record in Indian music this year.
Similar to numerous Punjabi Hip-Hop superstars, Dosanjh isn’t unfamiliar with global collaborations. Last year, the “Caviar” singer and emcee linked up with Canada‘s towering emcee Tory Lanez on Ikky-produced flagrant rap record “Chauffeur”.
In April, Diljit Dosanjh shut down Coachella and performed some of his biggest bodies of work amidst a star-studded line-up of artists including Kenny Beats, FloMilli, The Kid Laroi, $uicideboy$ and more.
