Atlanta’s legendary Hip-Hop superproducer Metro Boomin, born Leland Tyler Wayne, has released the highly anticipated “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” soundtrack. The star-studded album, which serves as the soundtrack to Kemp Powers, Justin K. Thompson and Joaquim Dos Santos-directed Spider-Man film, features some of the biggest guest features on a single rap record this year.
For the 13-track rap LP, the ‘Boominati Worldwide’ CEO has recruited some of the most influential Hip-Hop artists of our times including the ‘best rapper alive’ Lil Wayne, 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, former Migos member Offset, JID, Coi Leray, Swae Lee, “Brown Boy” Nav, A Boogie With The Hoodie, Wizkid, 2 Chainz, Future, James Blake, Don Toliver and the “Don of Harlem” A$ap Rocky.
Executive-produced by Leland “Metro Boomin” Wayne & Ethan Stevens, the rap record has Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee, Lil Wayne and Offset on “Annihilate”, A$ap Rocky and debutant Roisee on “Am I Dreaming”, Freebandz CEO & ATL’s superstar Future and Lil Uzi Vert on “All The Way Live”, Offset and JID on “Danger (Spider)” among others.

As reported earlier, Boomin has tapped at least four rap artists on the come-up – Toian, Beam, Ei8ht and Roisee. Notably, Post Malone, who released the franchise’s wildly famous record “Sunflowers” alongside Swae Lee, isn’t featured on the album this year.
Boomin’s record arrives after he previewed at least two records ahead of its official drop – “Link Up” with Don Toliver and “Self-Love” with Coi Leray. With the release of the star-studded soundtrack, Boomin has established his stature as the biggest Hip-Hop artist right now.
While ‘Young Metro’ released his sophomore LP “Heroes & Villains” in the winter of last year, Boomin has confirmed his debut collaborative effort with Future released later this year. Further, Dreamville’s JID has confirmed that a joint album with Boomin is in the works too.
