Punjabi Hip-Hop Superstar Shubh Gears Up For ‘Dior’ and ‘Cheques’ Music Videos From ‘Still Rollin’ Album

Punjabi Hip-Hop and gangsta rap superstar Shubh, born Shubhneet Singh, is gearing up for two visual treatments from his debut studio album “Still Rollin”. The hard-hitting rapper, who recently premiered ‘OG’ visuals, has confirmed that he is slated to drop “Dior” and “Cheques” music videos this week.

First confirmed on Friday, when Shubh himself stated that the “Dior video” is “dropping soon”, the emcee further revealed that he’ll drop the “Cheques” video too after fans stormed his social media.

The “Dior” and “Cheques” music videos certainly arrive at a crucial moment for the artist. The towering artist, who surpassed a billion streams with just six rap records in February this year, was off to a rough start after he debuted the “Still Rollin” album amidst unprecedented anticipation.

Within days after Shubh released the hard-hitting rap record alongside the self-titled “Still Rollin” visuals, his longtime collaborator and Punjabi record producer Thiara accused him of allegedly violating copyrights and music ownership laws.

However, “Still Rollin” made a slight return and surpassed a hundred million streams last week. Further, the entire rap album debuted on the Billboard Canada Top 100 Album Chart.

Besides gearing up for the visuals, which might be directed by his frequent collaborator and Punjabi Hip-Hop filmmaker Rubbal GTR, Shubh just might have a rap record with ‘the Playlist’ superproducer Steel Banglez in the works too.

The iconic record producer, who linked up with Sidhu Moose Wala and Afro-rap superstar Burna Boy on “Mera Na”, hinted at new music with Shubh and Indian Hip-Hop royalty Divine. Banglez has further confirmed his sophomore posthumous record “Attached” with Moosa and another single with AP Dhillon as well.

As reported earlier, Shubh’s recent album “Still Rollin” is a hotly anticipated debut by an artist at the centre of global rap music. The album, which features an incendiary record production and Shubh’s most ruthless bars yet, arrived amidst high anticipation for Shubh’s new music across the globe.

Released on May 19, Shubh’s debut album features seven flagrant rap records – the self-titled “Still Rollin”, “Ice”, “Cheques”, “OG”, “Ruthless”, “Dior” and “The Flow”.

With record production by Karan Kanchan on “OG” and “Ruthless”, the record portrays the global rap tall-figure’s top spot in it and “bridges the gap between India and Atlanta.”
